Abstract: A comparative study of thermostability of NADH-, succinate- and cytochrome oxidases was carried out in liver mitochondria and pancreas of rats in normal state and in chronic allergic colitis. In the pathology degradative alterations occurred in mitochondria, which were manifested as a decrease in the stability of mitochondrial mutinzyme systems of tissues studies. The results suggested occurrence of latent impairments in structure of mitochondria.
