Abstract: Hydrocortisone-induced hyperlipemia was inhibited by physical loading in trained dogs and rabbits. Hyperlipemia simultaneously with activation of the kinin system was noted in physically untrained animals after the hormone treatment. At the same time, the patterns of lipid metabolism and of the kinin system components approached to the normal values in the trained animals. Importance of the phenomenon found for genesis of atherosclerosis is discussed.
