Isolation and characteristics of the neovascularization inhibitor from the vitreous body

Abstract: Inhibitor of neovascularization was isolated from bovine vitreous body by means of adsorption on immobilized trypsin. The substance isolated was analyzed using high pressure chromatography; molecular weight of the component with antivascular activity was about 120,000.
