Abstract: Hyperhistaminemia, hyperserotoninemia and activation of the kinin system followed by a decrease in the system reverse capacities and inadequate compensatory reactions were detected in 86 patients with various forms of hemorrhagic fever and renal syndrome. The data obtained suggest that these biologically active substances are of importance in pathogenesis of the disease.
