Abstract: Preparations of regulating peptides from hypophysis oxytocin (10(-1)-10(-3) mg/ml) and vasopressin (10(-2)-10(-5) mg/ml) demonstrated weak depolymerizing effect on unstabilized fibrin. Regulating peptides from hypothalamus thyroliberin and PR-546 (10(-1)-10(-3) mg/ml) increased polymerization of fibrin-monomer.
