Abstract: In cases of tumor surgical operation, which stimulated metastatic spreading, distinct activation of hypothalamic structures was observed simultaneously with generalization of impairments in the neurotransmitting systems, accompanied by their exhaustion and disturbance. Pathology-related alterations in brain neurotransmitting reactions, provoked by surgical operation in cases of tumors, considerably exceeded similar parameters in non-operated or sham-operated animals.
