Abstract: Serum levels/affinities of natural autoantibodies to proteinsS100, GFAP and MP65 in patients with physiological pregnancy areusually constant and may vary among individuals within relativelynarrow range. In patients with early toxicosis in pregnancydispersion of serum autoantibodies levels were often found beyondthe normal range. This group includes cases with significantlyelevated as well as abnormally decreased immunoreactivityparameters. Percent of newborns with different deviations fromwomen with abnormal serum levels/affinities of autoantibodies toproteins S100, GFAP and MP65 was higher 1,5-2 fold compared withpopulation.
