Abstract: The basic principles of designing of nanoparticle drugdelivery systems are considered. The special attention is paid toliposomes, because the greatest success has been achieved in thisarea. The modern condition in such intensively developing areasas antitumor and, antibacterials drugs, gene therapy, vaccines isreviewed.
