Abstract: Affinity sorbentcontaining cellular membranes of the cerebral cortex was obtained by means of an inclusioninto porous matrix of polyacrilonitril. Sorption of model and natural nucleoproteincomplexes on the obtained sorbent was studied according to the method of affinitychromatography. Distribution coefficients were defined. As it was revealed, the naturalnucleoprotein complexes isolated from brain possesses a greater selectivity of bindingwith the cellular membranes of the cerebral cortex in comparison with that from the liver.
