Abstract: The influence of y-L-glutamylhistamine analogues on the hexenal-induced sleeping, glucocorticoid hormon content in blood plasma and severity of experimental anaphylacticreaction was studied. It was observed that y-L-glutamylhistamine analogues caused decreasein the sleeping time and severity of experimental anaphylactic reaction, the elevation ofglucocorticoids content in blood plasma. The present results indicate that substances havethe wide spectrum of biological activity which depends on the length of the N-acylradical.
