Abstract: Glycosaminoglycanes content was decreased in liver, brain and skin of white rats during ageing due to the decrease of non-sulfated fraction . Sulfated glycosaminoglycanes synthesis intensity was decreased too. These pathochemical processes were more expressed in skin and liver than in brain.
