Abstract: We have developed a new bioluminescent method for determination of concentrations of pyruvate, lactate, malate, glutamate and NAD+ in the periferal blood lymphocytes from mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. There were blood samples of intact mice for control. We found that variations of these substrates, depend on stage of malignant growth.
