Abstract: The liver transplantation is the most effective method for treating severe liver disease. The hepatocytes transplantation may serve as the perspective means for treating liver failure. This review analyzes the experimental approaches and perspectives on the adult hepatocytes use for the creation of implanting bioartificial liver module for hepatic failure treatment.
