Регуляция экспрессии генов является крайне сложным и многокомпонентным биологическим явлением. Белки, содержащие CXXC-домен “цинковые пальцы” (CXXC-белки), являются мастер-регуляторами экспрессии многих генов и обладают консервативными функциями метилирования оснований ДНК и гистоновых белков. CXXC-белки функционируют в составе сложных мультибелковых комплексов, что указывает на фундаментальную важность изучения посттрансляционной регуляции посредством модуляции спектра белок-белковых взаимодействий (ББВ) как в норме, так и при патологии. В работе обобщены собственные и литературные данные о роли CXXC-белков и их белковых партнёров в неопластические процессы. Особое внимание уделено интерактомике белка CFP1, кодируемого геном CXXC1, расположенным на 18-ой хромосоме человека. CFP1 не проявляет ферментативной активности и реализует эпигенетическую регуляцию экспрессии через связывание с хроматином и определённый спектр ББВ.
