Conditions for registration of urinary NMR 1H spectra have been optimized in order to achieve maximal accuracy of quantitative analysis. Urinary samples from patients with acute pancreatitis have been investigated. Employment of NMR 1H spectroscopy is perspective for the development of new laboratory diagnostic methods.
