Isolation and characteristics of the neovascularization inhibitor from the vitreous body

Inhibitor of neovascularization was isolated from bovine vitreous body by means of adsorption on immobilized trypsin. The substance isolated was analyzed using high pressure chromatography; molecular weight of the component with antivascular activity was about 120,000.
