Stress itself as well as the subsequent myocardium necrosis developed after stress were mainly responsible for distinct decrease in concentration of somatotropin, somatomedin and for impairments in protein synthesis accompanied by decrease in proteins half-life in brain hemispheres and in non-ischemized heart left ventricle.
