Alteration in the functional state of the anticoagulation system after administration of chlormethylsilatrane

Within 72 hrs after chlormethylsilatrane administration into animals content of heparin increased in blood and, hence, formation of active fibrinolytic complexes of heparin with adrenaline, plasmin and plasminogen was observed. Simultaneously with the increase in total and nonenzymatic fibrinolytic activity of blood plasma chlormethylsilatrane, however, increased distinctly the fibrinogen content in blood.
